You can get elixirs for points of basic stats

First:
To get the Elixir, you need to hunt mobs and drop out  Elixir Powder
Locations for drop  Elixir Powder: Dragon Valley (DV), Antharas's Lair (LOA), Imperial Tomb (IT)
List for hunting https://b.l2central.info/classic/Порошок_Эликсира

 

Second:
Exchange  10 Elixir Powder to  Elixir with some chance, or recieve back  7 Elixir Powder

 

Third:
Use  Elixir for add point to stats

Character have 5 points + 1 elixir point.
U can use up to 5 Elixirs
