Hola a todos. Al ingresar al servidor intente crearme un Kamael pero durante varios dias, y varios intentos

Al momento de crear el personaje me dice que la creacion del personaje fallo no dando ningun mensaje adicioanl.

Alguien sabe por que puede ser ?

Race Kamael turn OFF
We dont have plan to add Kamaels in near future,
