Connection Issues

Administrator, i'm having a connection problem... i'm not sure what it's happening... you see... I start the game and log in sucessfully, but when the screen load and show my character and everything else, they don't move like I was disconnected... sometimes it start to walk again with delay and sometimes i have to shut it down from the taskhelper, but the funny thing is: even with all the feathures stuck on screen, if i click to move the character, my clan mates can see my char moving... i guess this may be because of the update failure (error 41).
This problem started this week... any idea what could be the reason and solution?
